I often will put on makeup that looks fine in my bathroom but looks horrible and fake once I'm outside in the sun. Is there a makeup foundation that will look good in every sort of light?

Yes! Max Factor lasting performance!! I use it and I love it. I am always getting compliments on my make up and how even it looks so I know it is working. It is also very inexpensive. I have worked for 3 cosmetic companies and found this to be the best over all.,

Any of the foundation u put on ur face.firstly,The significant thing is to know whether that foundation is for day use or partywear which is used at nights only.Partywear foundations are used at night.its heavy and if u ll use it during daytime ur face will look like ghost so, try to use light foundations which is for dailywear and little darker than ur skintone.And also wipe it off little after applying it with tissue.

Well i use Maybelline's pure makeup. works great fopr any skin type.
the pure foundation is 50% wtaerbased and oil free. wont clog pores. and it wont cause breakouts. has long lasting coverage. has vitE, alow, chamomile to soothe skin. its sooo skin friendly. i LOVE this product. my classmates and shcoolmates have commented me and siad i look blooming. :) its a gel/liquid foundation by the way. full coverage and you can ask a saleslady at the department store to help you find a shade that matches your skintone.
after you apply the foundation, you can use the pure concealer to cover those scars or whatever. but the foundation can give good coverage already. but to be sure about the coverage, use the concealer also.
after concealing, touch up with the pure powder. that also includes aloe, chamomile, and vitE to soothe skin. just pat lightly onto your face. whenever you need to retouch, just use the powder. no need to apply foundation again and again. i love maybelline's puremakeup!!!!

I'm sure there's nothing wrong with your foundation. Just try to apply it by sunlight. I have a small mirror on my window sill and I do it there. Haha. My neighbours get a good show! LoL
Always test ur foundation on your wrist. It it blends there, it will blend on your face properly.
You can do what I do, also:
Get a good face cream and mix 2 parts of it with one part foundation. It'll stay on, feel light and look amazing. I like to add just a bit of Jergens Shimmer Lotion, and I glow and go. It's great.

I sorry I was skimming and first thought you asked if there was a foundation that tracked all types of lightning. (there is)
Basically any thing that looks like your wearing no makeup looks best and much more attractrive

maybelline pure. it is my favorite foundation that I've tried, because it blends so well with almost all skin types. so it wont get all shiny and gross in weird lighting.
