Set goals and strive to accomplish them.
Start with daily goals.
Map out your goals - short term, long term, etc.
Reward yourself for achieving goals, by putting
a certain amount of money in a special bank account.

Volunteer work would take away your attention from
yourself so you'd focus on others. In giving we receive;
thus you would find this rewarding.

Force yourself to introduce yourself to others, to extend
your hand to shake hands, to hug others, to tell a joke
to a stranger, to compliment others. Come out of your shell.
This can be done. I've done it.

I think this is a good start. It's good practice. Just ask a lot of question, stupid ones or not, regardless. Don't take people's word on here too seriously. Nothing in words(well, almost nothing) are too personal. Just have fun. Answer stupid questions fearlessly with stupid, but witty, answers. Insecurities is just a state of mind.
Very do able.

Do not compare your-self with others ; they will always be persons greater and lesser than yourself.
Focus on the good and positive points about yourselves.
Put God as the centre-piece in all you do ; we can achieve nothing with-out the help of God.
Start believing that you can achieve.
What-ever job you do , do it to the best of your ability.
In God we trust.

Gain perspective of your mortality, accept that no-one really knows what they are doing, enjoy the walk rather than the destination, accept that everyone, including you, makes the best decisions they can and that this might not always have the right outcome.

That'll do for starters

It has to start with yourself. You have to respect yourself to feel confident and secure in what you're doing.

Don't worry about what other people think of you. You are an individual, just like them, with every right to be and do and say what you want.

You control your destiny. Think positively and your life will be positive.

What you would be able to desire to remember, Samantha, is that that's no longer what others think of of you that rather counts. they'd call you grotesque and stuff and that i know it hurts to be referred to as issues, yet, in basic terms cos they say it, it does not make it genuine. So please please don't think it! you're eye-catching. rather everyone seems to be eye-catching of their very own way. attempt to be helpful and satisfied with who you're and not care what the worldwide thinks. you reside on your pores and skin, no longer theirs'. And, who knows, perhaps they have been asserting you have been grotesque cos they have been jealous how fantastically you're :) wish each thing straightens out for you hun.
