I think that everyone does to some extent... that is why I bring a gun to interviews - if things don't go my way or if I don't like the pay offer, I just set the weapon on my lap and the meeting takes a whole different spin. (they never seem to call me back though... and the cops always show up at my house too...)

Oh God yes. So much so one time I tripped over my own feet and slurred my words on questions. I'm perfectly confident at my current job, I don't understand why interviews freak me out so much. Sometimes I think a nice stiff drink might even help me before an interview!

No. For some reason I have always been extremely comfortable with interviews as well as public speaking. I've got no problem being put on the spot.

I think I did for the first couple I went to until I finally woke up to the fact that being nervous wasn't was a fault you have to over look. They can't fire you if they don't hire you to begin with.
