Oh man I know what thats all about, with both my children I had severe cramping in both my calf muscles when I slept, It was so so painfull. The best thing to do is stretch but be careful cause it will cause it to cramp if you stretch too much, and Ice for 10 min and heat for 10 min to relax the muscles. Other than that, thats about it. I wish you luck with that. That is SO painful!!!

I also had bad leg and foot cramps when I was pregnant, but they didn't start so early. I was told I needed more potassium. You may want to try eating bananas. Not sure if it will help, but you can give it a shot. Good Luck!

Not the charlie horse!! Ouuuch I hate those! I'm 24 weeks pregnant and I had the same issues. It started in week 2 and my doctor told me it was from a lack of potassium. Soooo... eat bananas!! Trust me it will help. Also, rub your legs in the morning and before you go to sleep. (It will be a good excuse to get a free rub from the baby daddy!)

OUCH!! I got them so bad I could not stand up on my own. I talked to my doctor he said more calcium. I had heard that lack of potassium was the cause, so I just ate bananas and milk. One of them worked. Also I kept a heating pad near by to ease the pain.

your hips are starting to go outward. you can go to a chiropracter and get some releif that way or take tylenol and relaxing baths. also try heating pads. i had a simular experience with this last pregnancy and these were the best things that worked for me. there is pregnancy exercise/stretches you can do as well.

You need more potassium. yours muscles will cramp up when they are lacking enough of that vitamin. You got a little one sucking you dry right now, eat a few extra banans or something.
