some of the birth control pills can do the trick by changing the hormonal pattren for ur body. you can consult a gynaecologist who will inform you which one is best for you.

i guess you are about to be married and you don't want your periods to coincide with your D-day, if that's the case, then i would like to extend my wishes for your marrige.

P.S don't take any such pill without priscription as it has got more side effects then advantages

Dear one,

It is easy to time your menses using over the counter hormonal pills. they are estrogen or progetron pills that to be taken atleast 3-4 days prior to the expected day of menstruation and to be stopped about 2-3 days befor your wanted day. Do take the tiny pill at bed time ( at night) and never skipp a dose.

Do not make it a habit to do this as a routine. All the best!

For extending
Take tab premolut N 1 daily for the days u want to extend subject to 15 days(be carefull not m ore than 15)

For preponing

Tanke tab Methergin 2 tab three time daily for 5 days

By taking progestrone pills you can extend your cycles. Consult a dr before taking them. All the best
