Lubricants are used to lubricate. Get it? Sorry, it is after midnight. Sometimes women cannot produce enough natural lubrication on their own so they use a personal lubricant instead.

Lubricant is used to lubricate.
lubrication is a process of putting something so that it will have less friction.
Friction sometimes "in there" is very painful..... so lubricants is used to lessen the pain and to make it easier to enter.... got my point? But i suggest you use a water based lubricants than alcoholic based.... it lessens the pain of tearing down according to my GF!!! hehehehe!!!

You can buy lubricant in any supermarket dear. It's usually next to the condoms in the shelves. There is no age limit. If you don't feel like buying them, try some soft shower gel with oil and aloe vera. Shampoo could be a bit aggressive for your skin if (and I hope you do) you practice daily.

It may feel fine at first but it really hurts without the oil aka lubrication. I like the ability to walk...
