I'm not being paid to promote any particular brand, but I would go for those that use shade-grown, fair trade beans. Companies which have better ecological practice, which pay their growers, pickers and packers a fare wage.

I prefer Maxwell House French Roast if I can't get GevaliaTraditional Roast or Columbian or their Hazelnut, most of theirs are good tho.
