I'm not sure by your question if you are looking to make wholesale or retail purchases but a place to start is www.zappos.com they carry a multitude of shoes/boots many that I personally would consider artsy-funky...and if nothing else you may be able to research further by the brands that Zappos sell if you are looking to buy wholesale
