It could happen. Tabloids say they are engaged and what not, but they really are not to my knowledge. Believe me, I did research.
Yeah, it could happen. I read that if William keeps on hearing from the media about him marrying Kate, he is not going to marry her. That is because he is stubborn about that kind of thing.

Based on William's father's life, do these men even get to pick the person they'll end up marrying? Elizabeth became Queen because her uncle was forced to give up the throne because he fell in love with an American divorcee and so Elizabeth's father became King. Charles was supposedly told by his father that he had to marry Diana, the sacrificial virgin who could produce royal heirs. It will be interesting to see if William will stand up for the girl he falls in love with if the royals don't approve of his choice.
