im just interested in your reactions when i say that there is no absolute truth

My reaction is that I agree! Truth is relative. Nothing is certain. Nothing is absolute. Exceptions to every rule. What is true for one, is not to another. What is true at one time may not be at another. Too many variables. No one can say definitively that "this is the way it is" no matter what subject they're discussing...The more we know, the more we realize that we don't know...

There is the absolute truth that if your question were posted on a yahoo! message board that any ensuing discussion would deteriorate into a republican/conservative vs. democrat/liberal catfight.
