I just heard about this on the news. Running is the best as it uses all the muscles from the chest down, you lose weight and the abs show definition.
If this is the information that you are looking for , please rate it. Thank you.

Try working your mouth, EAT HEALTHIER, boost your metabolism by dividing your food in 5 smalls portions.... eat a lot of fiber and protein,
Do Cardio from 3 to 5 days a week, but do it intense, just 16 minutes of all you can give!!
Forget the LOT OF REPS thing, do weigh, you have muscles in your abdomen and if you don't make them grow, the fat won't ever disappear, don't work them every day, do it the most 3 times a week.....
Do reverse crunches, hanging crunches, and crunches where you can put some weigh, and the ones you feel they work....
Remeber, Few reps (12 -15) and heavy weight..... also, little resting time////
Luck

My husband and I have a AB Lounger. And it works great for our abs. We also do Pilate's. Both at least 3 times a week. I am 28 and he is 37. And we both have flat abdomens. And I have had 3 kids.
Hope this helps.

turbo jam... it is a dance workout where in you can't really feel that u are exercising.... its just like that u are dancing and won't notice that youre abdomen are being worked out... it is a very effective way of losing weight and gaining muscles.... and ABS of course.... w/o evenly lying your body on the floor.

The people telling you to get an ab lounger are nuts... those things don't do anything other than make the folks who sell them on TV rich.
