but i think that punishment given to him he hard

No doubt it is fair to ban both of them but 2 years for akthar is a lot unfair keepin in mind that his counterparts(Asif & Warne) were banned for jus 1 year.

Its a light punishment. In my veiw they must ban for 4 or 5 yrs
Taking drugs for improving fitness is a big crime
Not against the game but with the fans also

I am glad to say that akthar and asif should be banned from international cricket . They are black mark on cricket.

Yes of course...any person in a sport using drugs to enhance is performance and winning should be banned only then will people who perform based on hard work will get the recognition they want to!!

Yes, it is. There needs to be a consistent standard all over the world and that's what's happened here. Remember, if they are accused and not banned, they carry the stigma forever. If they are banned, they have the right of appeal and the chance to clear their names. However, if they do not appeal, then it is apparent the charges were justified.

In my opinion its correct to ban them. if the senior player like shoib akthar takes the banned anabolic steroid nandrolone it will effect his carrer as well as the upcoming youngsters may start to think taking drugs will make them famous like those two.

YES Indeed!! The only thing is that, ICC should test all the players regardless of "countries" in every match strictly.

Belive me, if actually tested the non-subcontinent teams will have more players doing so who are enjoying the partiality of ICC!
