There is a boy i like his name is tevon and my friend used to like him but now she dosnot and on thursday he kept following me and my friend and he would always smile at me and wave and act really stupid around me but not around nodody else r those signs and we r really good friends and every time we would walk together to class somebody would always yell tevon got a girl firend and he would always smile

Not sure what the question is here. But, it sounds like he might have a crush. If you don't want to recipricate, dont'. If he persists, just explain that you don't want to ruin a good friendship by dating him. The teasing will stop if neither of you react. If the situation makes you uncomforatable though, don't be scared to open the lines of communication. If you like him, let him know. I would however, speak with your friend about your impending relationship too see if she understands or otherwise has a problem with your seeing this Tevon. Friends are hard to find, guys are a dime a dozen. Good Luck
