You may want to find out the reason first. Either you have not fulfilled the work you have been given till now up to your company's satisfaction or you have revolted against something or reported something about your boss and he is trying to corner you by giving you a 'freezing' punishment. Perhaps your skills and company's needs do not match, then there is nothing left but to leave the job. If the company's business has suddenly decreased and there is not enough work for the employees, then the company may be heading to cutdown on jobs. If it has anything to do with your behavior, you may try talking to your boss about it and try to improve yourself and your behavior. If you feel you are being unfairly treated, you may want to appeal to the management and/or the Union.

Learn something related to your job or go around looking for what people are doing as their part which gives you an idea abt what your company exactly does and what you're expected to do...it makes it easy for you to handle your job when it is assigned to you...its just a transition period so be patient until you're assigned with a job...but if you feel its really gonna take a long time nearly 5-6 months and its bugging you up go for a shift!! All the Best :)

hey Manoj,

then better leave the job. in fact you can use your time for some part time income. Make yourself busy..google adsense gives you the chance. you need to register with google and google will put your adds in relative sites you need to pay google for per click they generate for you.

So think about the numbers... In fact if you want to recover your cost for adds You can earn through Google Adsense program. You can make good amount of money. for the same you need to register with google a simple online registration. and google will post adds in your site for free of cost. and you will earn money from every clicks in your site..

hope its motivating you...

I have also done the same and i took help from adsense consultant http://avionconsultants.com.
Really itd works. In-fact i made my site http://healthreview.cafe150.co... (dont forget to click the adds)
which is giving me good earning. this people helped to make my site and upload it. What ever site you want to make they will help you and the great fun is you dont need to have any domain so its absolutely free.

Think about the deal... Business with google which is reliable rather than any net income that too fully free.

so just check it out and enjoy....( remember that its always better to join organization like google because its clear that you will get your money which is not there with xyz.coms)

It is an indication that you are not required by the organization and its' time for you to look for an alternate job. Your current organization is trying to frustrate you and hoping that you would put in your papers out of frustration.

Ask for it. If they still don't give it to you, create some by yourself or help some others. Try to bring up some new and good ideas to show off.

Good luck.
