I just watched it and I loved it! It's a great movie if you're looking for one to watch!
Summary: Like millions of kids around the world, Santiago harbors the dream of being a professional footballer. However, living in the Barrios section of Los Angeles, he thinks it is only that--a dream. Until, one day an extraordinary turn of events has him trying out for Premiership club Newcastle United.
Kuno Becker plays Santiago and he does an amazing job!...it's a great [soccer] movie!!

I loved this movie as well! I knew it was good when Hollywood video only had one copy & everytime I passed it, the movie was empty because so many people were renting it. I saw the previews previously & wanted to see it, but it was better than expected. I like that he didn't instantly make it & that the obstacles seemed insurmountable.

I liked the movie. My teenage girls rented it and we all watched it together. I like how Santiago learned early to stick to his convictions and not get sucked into the darker side of being popular and famous. He was a good influence on his teammates and a good person to his core. It was a nice change of pace.

I have not seen it yet, but knowing you and I have similar tastes, I will have to check it out!
*PS- Got to see last episode of Standoff, a friend taped it, and WOW, it was really great!! Next weeks looks good too!

i watched the movie and i love it.I like Kuno work,he used to act in telenovelas in Mexico .Do you know they are making goal 2 and 3?.
