I have been taking it for 4 years with no problems.

My mom, sister, or myself could not use it. I started having problems with my circulation. I was 19, approx.115 lbs and very active. The Dr. told me never take it again. But, it's different strokes for sifferent folks, right? Just be careful.

I had to stop taking it because it made me severely depressed.
Been fine ever since.
Wow... bad times :S
