This does help eliminate germs left behind. But i wouldn't add it to my detergent.Run your dishes through with reg. det. then run through with straight bleach. This is the way to kill bacteria. Some state facilities require adding bleach to dishwashers after washing to help kill bacteria. I used to work in a state-ward patient infirmary and home and this was the procedure.I don't think in a residential home this is necessary because all of the potential risks are lower with fewer ppl in the household sharing utensils etc, but if you have the time and the money to run the dishwasher twice then go for it, it can't hurt anything.

for my area, i does no longer do it and function no longer heard of every person doing this... There are some factors you need to think of roughly...... Bleach has an extremely solid scent, which may make you dizzy and disoriented. i know this for my area as i exploit to bathe my aquairum decorations with bleach to kill algae while i replaced into storing the decorations (changing for the season). i might get incredibly dizzy and nautious. LIkewise could be actual for you. yet another element to think of roughly is that bleach isn't secure to drink, in case you utilize them to bathe the dishes PLEASE rinse them incredibly incredibly incredibly properly! it relatively is deadly! If it have been me, follow the dish cleansing soap you need to purchase contained available on the marketplace... i've got consistently been keen on break of day. there are various dish soaps that are incredibly sturdy at slicing grease and getting my dishes looking sturdy as new.

I don't use bleach, not necessary but it won't hurt anything if it makes you feel better to use it. Just make sure you rinse the dishes good.

Dish detergent is strong enough to kill bacteria. Hot water would greatly assist the effectiveness.

If you use it all the time you don't need bleach. The hot water keeps it clean.I spray mine now and then with bleach water because I don't use it all the time.

I own a butcher shop and that's what we use to sanitize the things that we use. I think you will be fine by doing this. Make sure that you thoroughly rinse them though.
