It depends on how long I've had to think about it.
If you see the "DO NOT WALK" sign flashing as you approach the light (going the legal speed limit of course) then its ten blinks (I think) before the light changes to red.
You'll have to check it out of course but as long as your not going to cause an accident and your vehicle is already in the intersection when it changes to red then you knew you were going to run it anyhow.
Thats how I decide from a distance if I'm going to make it thru the light. If there's a sign that says "Camera" you stop no matter what cuz those mail tickets are just as good as the ones that the cop hands to you in person!

Depends. I don't run it on purpose. If I come to it at normal speed, I'll stop, but if I'm going at a fast speed (which I shouldn't be doing) and I have no chance of stopping, I'll hit the pedal to the medal to get through the intersection as fast as possible, so there's no accident.

If the light has been yellow as I drove up to the intersection, I slow down. If I have just approached the intersection and the light turns yellow, I go on through.
