The space shuttle is not desined to go to the moon, the apollo misions took about 3-4 days that was almost 37 years ago now takes half or less the time

The space shuttle is incapable of going to the mood. But I think it took the Apollo missions three or four days to go each way to and from the moon.

what is more amazing is that we can send space probes that go up 60,000 km/h
thats like from LA to NY in 4 minutes
this is done by using relatively little fuel and sling shotting using gravity
