Infections and the spreading of infections. The enlargement process is not constricted. Hard to keep clean underneath the skin. (IE smells)
That is why people are for it.
I don't know why people are against it.

They are just children trying to ask erotic questions. Adult guys just don't ask questions like that so if you see questions about circumcision or penis size, you can bet they are being asked by 12 year old boys just starting to get wet dreams and are very very curious about sexual things.

I don't know if it's "people" so much as it's men. And men are always concerned about their penises. How it looks, how long it is, how wide it is, if theirs is as big as the next guy. It's stupid. And I'm a guy.
