It is not even close---Morgan Freeman. He plays so many different roles and all of them excellently.
Shawshank Redemption is one of the best performances ever.

I would have to say Samuel L Jackson because of his performance in Pulp Fiction. He went down hill big style after that movie. Then again so did every other actor (bar Willis and Thurman) in the movie.
I love Morgan Freemans voice. But i dont think he can realy act.
