Best movie would have to be Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. It has the best action scenes by far. And the best anime would have to be the X ova series. It's also the saddest anime show ever, I cried right through the entire series. Otherwise Ghost in the Shell SAC comes in second best.

Hmm...I liked "InuYasha: Swords of an Honorable Ruler", and I think the other was "Ah! My Goddess: The Movie". Which surprised me. I've only seen the first 4 episodes of Ah! My Goddess, and I still really enjoyed the movie.

the best anime i've ever seen is Ranma 1/2 and Samurai X(Ruroni kenshin).
i like movies so it's hard for me to choose.

For me, it wouldn't be just ONE movie... but any movie directed by Hayao Miyazaki. That would include "The Castle of Cagliostro", "Nausicaa and the Valley of the Wind", "Princess Mononoke", and "Spirited Away".

movies: Escaflone and Miyasaky movies(can't chose between them all including Escaflone)
old anime:ghost in the shell or cowboy bebop
new anime:Defiantly Trinity Blood over Bleach(it's funny but not funny enough to chose it)
