I think "Supakaana" is used to indicate the "Big Ears" of Lord Ganesha. I am not sure though. Supakaana Ganesh is available on all the shopping sites. People buy and gift the same. I received one from a friend.

The Elephant God, i.e. Ganesha is appropriately called the Supakaana. Ganesha is the most symbolical personification of some of the ideal theological truths. He is the pranav swaroopa. He is the personification of the primordial sound, which created the world and is the basis of all sound. The ears, that too, big ears of the elephantine proportion symbolises the fact that this god is capable of hearing all the noises in the universe. No prayers escape his ears. All prayers offered to various gods, before him reach the respective gods. The god has got not only big ears, but he makes others also touch their ears while bowing before him. He is the first god to be known to a child and disciple commencing his learning. For learning, the ears play an important role.
