starbucks is obviously an intelligently run business, like walmart, microsoft, Mickie D's etc...

Starbucks tells you that their products are amazing. in the business world this is known as "self-proclaimed greatness"; and guess what? It friggin works!

Starbucks is learning. every year Starbucks learns new ways to tell the public just how great they are. In turn people buy more of their products. see how easy it is!

I've only had a coffee at starbucks once in my life, but i can tell you that it was the best tasting cup of urinaid i've ever had!

Starbucks is a very intelligent student. She learns every year and teaches every customer what she learned from others. Very helpful.

Starbucks is, as you asked, learning to make money hands over fist.

As for the boss.....who cares what his background is. And if it is that important to you, please note the I am Swedish. Does that make me good or bad?
