check out your nearest jewelry store-- they have these rings of all sizes (they need it for their business so you can be sure that any store you pick has them). also don't believe that shoe size is always the same as ring size-- this from sheer experience, and common sense. size 8 doesn't sound big (it really isn't). of course, there are much smaller sizes (my gf has size 4.5, shoe size 6) -- as well as much bigger (my uncle has a size 13, shoe size 10, i asked).
an advise, the problem of buying online is that you can't really scrutinize it before you pay for it. what's good about buying from a reputable store is that they usually re-size it for free, like in the event you need to when you grow older, for example. just keep their warranty papers. best wishes.

Some people say your ring size matches your shoe size. I don't know how true that is. If you go online, you could find a jeweler that might have a printable ring sizer....you print it out, the cut the circles out of the paper. Fit your ring finger thru the right sized hole, and there's your ring size.

Take a piece of string and wrap it around your finger Just tight enought to feel it around your finger. Mark the point where the string meets with a perm. marker. Then measure it on a centimeter rule. It usually is the same as your shoe size, or wrist size in inches. Try it.

i would go to a jewelry store... the average for women is a 7, bt my wedding ring is a 3.5, so it would pay just to go and have them measure... they use specific rings and put each one on until they fit. But if you do buy it, and its real gold or platinum, they can stretch it out for you for a price if you buy it and its to small,or if its to big they have either bands you put inside of it, or they can reheat it and make it smaller.. if its worth the money its going to cost you anyways, ♥

go to a store that sell rings, even the jewlery dept. of wall mart and they all have templates. there's no real average, it depends what finger you want the ring on, size 6 to 8 is a popular one

Just wait until tomorrow.............go to a jewelry store and they will measure. Or you could go to a store thats still open tonight and try on a ring to see what fits.
