I recently watched the Butterfly Effect 2, and I didn't understand it. I have seen and understood the first one though. Did Nick die at the end?? did Julie die in the beginning??? That's what I don't understand... Someone please help me understand the movie better

Julie died in the very beginning when the semi colided with the jeep.
1 year past and Nick found his powers, so he went and changed fate and all was well, till he started changing it that it messed up his friends life so changing it again and again finally he, messed up so bad that in the end Nick dies himself.

Huh, I didn't even know there was a BE2...when the heck did that come out? I'm an avid movie goer and never even saw it advertised! All I can say is the first one really needs to be seen because there are about 20 different things that happen and change before the movie finally ends; get it this weekend! I really liked it.

nick died in the end because he changed fate. in the beginning julie died but he went back and changed it.

the second movie sucked and it doesn't even have the same characters as the first...
