Don't change, just try to realize when you're doing it & tone it down a little bit. You're doing the right thing being yourself.

Don't you dare change to suit someone else. You should always be yourself regardless of what other people think. We are all individuals , just think how boring the world would be if we were all the same. You said yourself you have 2 best friends well whats wrong with that. They obviously like you the way you are. Why don't you try organising something for the week-end and get a few people around and take it from there. It is very true though real friends are the only ones you need, the ones you know you can rely on and visa versa. Just continue to be yourself and l am sure you will get on just fine.Good Luck on the week-end and always.

Just wait. I wouldn't want to be friends with people that required me to act different than what I really was. That sounds like a lot of work. Two best friends is way better than 20 fake friends.

If I had to guess, I'd say you were still in HS or below....right? At this point you are still developing as a person. It sounds like you are trying to hard. When you say "acting myself", it just sounds like you're working at it. There are always people out there who you can be friends with. Maybe you don't have as many friends as you want, but I can tell you that quality always beats quantity.

Changing is the worst thing you can do. One thing I think a lot of people need to realize being FAKE isn't real. If you cant be yourself when ever you are around your friends than they aren't truly your friends. REAL FRIENDS like you for EXACTLY who you are not what THEY think you should be. Being yourself is REAL. And this world needs a lot more people like you.

Don't change anything.
You've got two friends at school? You're ahead of the game. You'll lose those two and gain nothing be putting on an act.
Things get better once you go on in life after graduation.

You answered your own question .. "if I push that too much" ....
Try to keep everything on balance and not go too far in either direction. One end of the spectrum is boring, the other is "too much".
The middle road is usually best in all things. Good luck!

If you have to act like someone you are not or be somthing that you are not in order to have someone like you. Then they are not worth the time. You should always be yourself at all times no matter what...A true friend will take you for you are

You don't need to change yourself - just your actions. You will have to be the one to call the other people and arrange getting together on the week ends. They just don't seem to have the courage to call you.

Two real friends are worth more than a whole school full of fake friends.
