how to find cities located at a certain latitude? (with no further info)?

I need to be able to input on the latitude and find cities that are intercepted by that latitude. Thanks in advance!

a globe should have the lat and long markings on them and lines that follow them.
you can also use google earth and scroll around until you hit that.
