I also got my divorce in Oklahoma. If you want any changes, you will have to petition the court. The most effective way to do that is through a lawyer. I know it costs a lot of money, but it's the best way. You do need to go through the child support department...if he doesn't pay for a certain period of time, he can be arrested. I think they changed the law recently...not paying in 12 of the last 14 months or something similar to that. He can also loose his rights as a parent. As far as spousal support, your landlord can legally take you to court unless your divorce decree specifically lists that the spousal support goes towards the rent. If it says this, then they can hold him liable as well.

I got my divorce in Oklahoma as well. You need to go threw the child support division to get the child support straightened out. When I did that it just cost me $25.00 to get that started, he argued with them, but it did him no good, he had to pay it. As for the rest of it, hopefully you have your lawyer still. Have all your documents in hand, any and all receipts that you have so the lawyer can see what is being paid and what is not. My ex pulled that income tax crap on me and I did fall for it as YOU your self will get more money claiming the kids than he will get, I know. I got more my self and he hated it. He tried to pull all kinds of stuff on me and it just didn't work with me.
