It just started right around the time Explorer 7 came out. My computer is older I know that and I am working with windows me. It seems that the flickering is more frequent when there is activity on the page. Can someone help me PLEASE! I called the ISP and they tried everything and said it is not from their end.

Do you have a CRT monitor (like a TV, rather than a flat panel)? If so, it may be on its way out. See if you can borrow a friends' monitor and see if it does the same thing...

The screen flickers cos due to magnetic interference. Du have some magnetic object like speakers near the computer? Try moving these objects alittle bit away from the screen. May be this will help

Could be your monitor or your video card giving out. Like the other person suggested, try hooking your computer to another monitor, if the flickering still occurs , then it's your videocard.
