i m asking for bleach because, i have seen creme bleach always stimulate hair growth and became very hard and thats why i come to know from one oldest aunty around 50 years ago in parlours they used to prepare talc bleach themeselves. creme bleach is a latest things around 10 years ago it has been started in markets, but my aunt has forgotten the exact quantity thats why i m asking you pls help me because i have bad hair on front and back which i waxed but it became little hard also.i dont want to go for removing

You may want to consider waxing or threading instead. Bleach makes the hair white, but you can still tell it's there, especially when in sun light and if someone looks at you from the side.
