Ok, I know the question may sound dumb at first but please listen....I am going to be taking Clomid starting days 3-7 and I did start today with some spotting but I've heard you should wait until you are really bleeding (sorry TMI) to count it as day 1...what do you guys recommend...today as Day 1 or tomorrow? Thanks

It is supposed to be the first day of a full red flow, the type you would need a tampon for. If you only have a day of spotting or so, I don't really think it would matter if you call day 1 today or tomorrow. But if you usually have 2-3 days of spotting, then a regular period, it is important to wait to the first real flow day.

Full bleed is day one, spotting does not count.

the 1st day you had blood passes and if the spots were sanguinous (with blood) then you should start counting it as day 1.

hope this helps!
