When you're bored you hit sites like Google Video & YouTube. Also, the Onion (http://www.theonion.com) is a great waste of time.

fark.com is funny as heck.

you can create funny web sites on ytmnd.com and the best part is they host them for you. Plus its a cool community.

newgrounds.com also rocks my socks and has lots of cool games and videos.
