I dont know what to get for my birthday the Vision M or Vision W.. Whats the difference, whats better.. etc?
or should i go for the ipod video?

Depends whether it is mainly for audio or video&photography.
M has smaller screen then W.
W has wide screen so the cinema movies will still be kept in 16:9 aspect ratio which is probably nice.
W has also a slot for Compact Flash cards used in digital cameras so you can simply use it as a storage for pictures when you run out of memory on your camera memory card.
I'd say, overall W is better, but it is bigger, slightly heavier and more expensive then M.

I've got the Zen V Plus and I love it! Great sound, and I found out I can even record my old albums onto it!
Get the W if you want a wider screen than the M.

w is bigger, therefore heavier and a little more unwieldy, but it has a bigger screen. m is lighter and smaller. ipods are great in some ways, they are beautiful and easy to use, and apple's support is pretty good, but consider:
battery on ipod playing video lasts half as long
you are tied to itunes, or you must get a hack program
you have to convert more of your video, ipod supports fewer video codecs.
ipod costs much more
