No, but; I think that players may be using them to attack their competition. Some violations seem as though they are strategic not personal or merely a case of someone not following the rules. The question is how many times do you get a violation for interacting with the same persons before you begin to wonder why that is so. But, no, the constitution allows for such censorship in a private group such as this.
