Ok, so now you're blaming Clinton for a hurricane. Let me remind YOU that Clinton HAS NOT BEEN IN OFFICE FOR NEARLY 7 YEARS. Therefore, he is not responsible for this country NOW. That would be YOUR CURRENT PRESIDENT. Whether you like it or not, whether or not you think it's fair (which many Republicans believe he walks on water), the "buck stops" at your president.
