just paint it with regular latex color of your choice no need for primer or Kilz two coats

Kilz is a good primer to use. There are several on the market - all fairly similar.

Apply first coat and let dry thoroughly - 30 - 48 hours. Apply second coat - wait another 24 hours.

Now paint...two coats.

PRIME---------PRIME AND PAINT

PAINT WILL NOT SO A GOOD JOB UNLESS PRIMED FIRST.
