A layer of ligt pink shadow on top of a meideum brown. that should do the trick(good for going out and just chill'n

Purple looks really good with brown eyes. Also greens. Use them the brighter colors to make your eyes pop. SOME blues but you have to be careful with blues you don't want to end up looking like BARBIE!!!

stay in the area of a lite rosy color or a pink/purple.
it will contrast some with your darkness in your hair and eyes, but will not be too over powering to your fair skin.

I think you should try out light colors...pink, blue, green....but wear mascara with it too....it brings out people's eyes.
