The most talented female rock artist is definently Amy Lee from Evanescence, shes absolutely amazing.

Nancy Wilson from Heart. She can sing too (These Dreams is one of the song she sings and she has done vocals for all the songs when her sister was sick). She's one of the best guitarists ever.
