Say you let a friend/family member move in and you watch her 4 kids and was suppose to get paid from the state for babysitting money and then you have a big blow out where this person moves out and leaves their things (mind you while this is going on you haven't gotten paid for three months) would you keep their things till you got paid by her?? To the state won't pay me till she turns in more info and she already said she wouldn't do that.. The total amout that is owed for 46 days is 1500.00 what would you do?? Please help

if there is any lawyers that read this I would really love a legal point of view on this. To of my rights on property left abandon in my home.

Small claims court. or sell her crap $32.50 per day for watching 4 kids. What a deal on her part. Id sell her crap for as much as i could. I wouldnt expect to get anything out of her personally and if you do above she may sue you. give her an ultimatum. $1500 for her stuff

Report her to the welfare for not paying her sitter. She can get in big trouble for that. Secondly take her to small claims court. You will get your money because they will report her for accepting money under false pretenses. FRAUD. She can go to jail for that. Good luck.

sell what I could on ebay, then sell more at re-sale shops, then give the rest to goodwill!!
