You are so correct to lump everybody in together into one catagory. Just like all Christians hate gay people and all Muslims hate America, everybody hates people who wear Abercombie.

People are just jealous. Abercrombie is a higher end clothing company and when one wears a lot of it, people think you are just a spoiled brat who gets what ever you want. Most people can't afford to have an Abercrombie wardrobe. If you feel you are being judged by wearing this line of clothing and feel uncomfortable than don't wear so much of it or as often. Having a few items are OK but mix it up a bit with some regular stuff. Abercrombie has some really beautiful clothing nothing but the price is wrong with it.

I don't hate people for wearing Abercrombie, but it does get annoying that so many people have to dress alike and they think it's cool to look just like everyone else. No one is unique anymore. And actually, I find more Abercrombie wearers who look down on those who don't wear Abercrombie than I see the opposite happening. For much more deeper personal reasons, I boycott the company.

Because your clothing was made by 10 year old children in sweatshops. Paying money for the clothing of any major brand that displays their advertising on your chest is just stupid.

Their clothes are not made well (most sweatshop clothes aren't) and are just a status symbol... if you are ok with that then don't worry about what people think of you (including the person who spent a 15 hour day with no break and no ventilation to make your free advertisement...)

I think it has more to do with the fact that people pay $20-$30 for a tshirt that has "abercrombie" written on it and nothing else. It's like people pay for the name and not the shirt. Granted I have some name brand clothing, I don't pay full price for them. I always end up getting long sleeve tees from American Eagle for $5 because they say funny things like "wax and grind" or "silver dragon ale."

Their ads all have sexual overtones.
It's all about sales and marketing of Madison Ave/Fifth Avenue NYC stuff made overseas.
Labels are becoming passe with an aging population of boomer kids.
Too expensive, knock off are very satisfactory.
To name a few opinions.

You again, do you not have a life. Get over yourself, figure out that there is SO much more to life than clothes, like dying children and soldiers, and quit asking such ridiculous ignorant questions.

cuz you pay too much money for clothes that look no different than closhtes that are A WHOLE HELL OF A LOT CHEAPER. that and most people who shop there and hollister and æ are stuck up @$$holes and needa get lives. I pay $60 for pants but they look nothing like a pair of regular jeans.

maybe because abercrombie fashions are designed for thin people, and being an American in thin peoples clothes you would then be part of the minority.
