No, it does not do damage and that is no reason for an abortion. Many people are on heavy medications and drugs even and don't find out they are pregnant till they are 3 months...
The bottom line here is, the baby is absolutely safe and if you do not want the baby, why not give it to a woman that cries herself to sleep every night because she isn't able to conceive.
You can talk to any doctor, do pleanty of research and KNOW the baby is safe. If you would still chose an abortion, you aren't fooling anyone here. You would only be proving that you truly just do not want the baby.
Make a good choice,

I was 5 months pregnant with a kidney infection, in the hospital, and they were diving me darvacet and other narcotics. I made sure it was not going to affect the baby and they said no. I have a very healthy girl. She is also 3 now. I also drank like a whole bottle of ballies on my 21st birthday. Found out I was actually pregnant in March. Obviously I dint drunk anymore until after the pregnancy. I dint find out I was pregnant because I still had my period, I had no symptoms, and I did not show until about 6 months. Your baby would be fine.

I drank before I knew I was pregnant. I talked to my midwife and she said that usually that early, if it has any effects it will be total. In other words, if it did affect it, you would have had a miscarriage. The baby will be fine. but, in the future if you are ttc than I would stay away from alcohol. just pretend you are prego from the time you have sex.... anyway, if you want a baby and you get an abortion just because you drank before you knew you were preg, you will regret it forever. especially if you end up not being able to get prego later.... Good Luck

if drinking alcohol is the only reason for you to have an abortion i think you may want to reconsider. I drank in the early weeks but stopped when i found out i ws pregnant and this happens to so many people. I asked my doctor about it and he siad everything should be fine, im now 22 weeks pregnant and everything seems to be great with the baby, my ultrasound was perfect. I am totally pro choice but i think you should have better reasons than a few drinks, just stop drinking NOW!! Your probly not even pregnant so dont fret.

first, consumption of alcohol in the early stages of pregnancy (as long as you don't continue to do so) will probably have little affect on the baby. Yes, it's possible that you're pregnant, or you could just be stressed. Stress can have the same symptoms, especially when you're looking for those symptoms. Try to relax, take a pregnancy test in a week or so just to be on the safe side, and don't be too hasty with any decisions until you have all of the info.

Your concern is most motherly as it can be. However, you will have to wait for a few days more to get the right picture – whether you are pregnant or otherwise. Initial spell of a binge drinking does not leave any long term effects on the baby. The effects become more harmful and permanent once the differentiation begins.

So you don't abort a perfectly healthy baby I would like you to know that before the baby implants it is NOT affected by anything you take. Also, if you are ttc why are you stupid enough to drink? You are obviously not ready to be a mother if all you care about is partying. My advice is to shut your legs and get back on birth control.
Educate yourself on abortion, it is sickening what happens to those babies. You are NOT god.

A drink or two won't hurt anything, it's only if you were drinking heavily on a regular basis that would cause problems. Start taking pre-natal vitamins (Materna) in the meantime. When you use the test, use it with your first pee in the morning because the urine is more concentrated then. Best wishes!

Please please don't have an abortion! My mother too was going to have an abortion with me.She too drank and did all kinds of things-but someone talked to her about adoption-and she did have me and gave me for adoption to a wonderful family who wanted a baby so bad.Even though she drank and did many things-I turned out perfectly fine-your baby probably is too if you are pregnant. Please consider adoption!

There are a lot of people that drink before they find out that they are pregnant and they have healthy normal children.
