What does the mean of TAZMEEN and LIYANA ?

Could anyone let me know both are Arabic / Muslim name or not?

I do have a friend named Liyana, and she is a muslim. It may not be a common name in the Middle East, but here in southeast asia such name could be commonly found.

Tazmeen seems rare, but I would guess it is more of Persian than Arab.

The first name appears of an Arabian horse. Iiyana seems to be Eastern Asian.
