Well, i loved to listen to songs before i sleep, but i never manage to fall asleep while listening it, so i tend to switch my mp3 off before i sleep.Haha. Maybe your mp3 has a sleeping-off mode? 'cause i always switch my mp3 to countdown sleeping off mode, just incase i really fall asleep and the mp3 can help to switch itself off.

I used to put Strawberry Fields by the Beatles on repeat and turn the volume low to help me fall asleep. I used to have some crazy dreams.

Yeah. When I was on a plane I listened to a mix CD I made of my favorite songs.
Good part: Put me to sleep.
Bad part: When I slept I dreamed of people from the trip singing and danceing to the song. It was strange.

Actually I used to need music to get to sleep...last few years though I can't sleep with music on. I have to have absolute silence to fall asleep these days - not sure why.
