If one did not wash the jeans in hot water--it will set the stain.
If one did not throw the jeans in the hot dryer--there is a chance.
It will take some time, first always use hydrogen peroxide on blood stains.
Wash blood stained clothes in cold water only.
If the stain does not come out after the next wash, hang dry, and try again, or dye the stain or bleach it with a bleach pen--that is in style anyways.

When I get a stain I can't remove I often just run it through the wash again and that often removes the rest of the stain for me not sure why I guess I'm lucky. I also use good detergent.

Hydrogen Peroxide is good for removing blood stains from clothes. You know how it all fizzes up when you put it on a cut? Well it does that to the stain. If you do not have any, contact lens solution works too,

Enzyme spray - usually you can find it in the pet aisle at WalMart / Target, etc. Natures Miracle or Get Serious are the best.

Blood should come out.

Otherwise, if you dont want to go to the store, try liquid dish detergent and baking soda. Mix them together as a paste and scrub it in to the stain with a toothbrush.

Rinse and repeat till its gone!

Good Luck, thats a bummer.

try making a paste with Oxyclean and brushing that onto the stain . When it hardens wash in COLD water and see if that removes it. Always use cold for protein based stains, hot water just sets it in.

Add 1/2 cup of water softener to your load of laundry. It works wonders, removes stains, makes whites whiter, colors brighter and keeps your dark clothes dark

Wet them and sprinkle meat tenderizer on them . Rub it in good , then wash . If you've already had them in the dryer , you may have to repeat several times . Rub the tenderizer in real good each time .
