Does any other girls that wear those black sponge sandals have a problem with them getting your feet all black like you've been walking barefoot?I love them,and don't want to stop wearing them. I'm afraid my girlfriends will think I'm weird because you can see that my feet look dirty if your behind me when I'm walking.Do you think they may get offended,or that they know my sandals cause it. I've tried several different brands, and they all leave you feet all black.

Don't worry about what everybody else thinks! It's up to you. Everytime I wear sandals,which is rather often, I get the same effect. I mean the only thing that you can do to stop it is don't wear them! But don't worry of what others think.

No matter what type of sandal or flip flop I wear my feet usually get a little black on the bottom like Iwas walking barefoot. I hate to wear any type of shoes more so in the summer.

No offense, but I live in Santa Cruz, Ca., and I still hate sandals on most men. Just don't like the look of them.

You might want to try exfoliating your feet.
I have had problems with the dye they use in the leather clinging to the outer dead layer of skin on my feet.
If you exfoliate the dead skin off - the black stuff will have a lot less to cling to, and you may notice a significant decrease in your foot staining.

Try wearing Earth Shoes by Walmart now those Sandels are very Comfty & don't leave any marks on your feet.

i have the problem also i don't really know what to tell u but i make sure i wipe them off everytime before putting them on this helps every once in awhile but not always if u find a solution please let me know!!!!!

I guess you can always give them a wash?
