Toe Touches...
Warm up by doing your regular stretches.
Practice straddles and leg lifts on the floor, then do some high kicks.
Throw your toe touch, count 5-6-7-8, throw another, then repeat.
Make sure your legs are together, knees are bent, good posture. Use lot of your leg muscle, that's what gets you off the ground!
Don't reach for your legs or toes, you should reach your legs to your arms and hands, it keeps you up and makes it easier.
Point your toes.

Do the same thing for spread eagle except arms are wild!

Same for hurdler but pull back your leg, practice this on the ground.

Pikes are easy to practice on the ground, then just try it in the air, but you must have it on the ground first.

Good luck!
