I have a desktop running xp home edition, a laptop running win 2000, and another laptop running win xp pro.
Both laptops have ethernet adapters and wireless cards. the desktop is not wireless, only ethernet. My home network was all working fine when I had it set up with a 4 port ethernet hub. I then wanted to be able to go wireless but am having trouble. My win2000 laptop is able to fileshare just fine with the desktop while wireless. But the winxp pro laptop is not able to fileshare with any of the other computers while wireless. The wireless network adapter seems to be working fine. It communicates ,has an ip address assigned to it,and works at public hotspots. IP's and workgroup names are set correctly. I can access the shared folders when I plug in an ethernet cable, but when wireless I get the message: "\\not accessible...might not have permission...network path not found"
I've tried turning off firewalls, using netbeui. nothing works. please help.

I don't have broadband, only dialup,
The wireless works just like it should on win2000 laptop (router is set up properly I would guess). The signal strenght is excellent, its only a few feet away from the router while I'm trying to make it work. I've rebooted everything a number of times. when using ehternet on win xp laptop, I can access shared folders and internet(if pc is dialed up to ISP) but when wireless I can not connect to internet nor any shared folders from the winxp pro laptop (I can just fine with win 2000 laptop while wireless)
doing the run...\\192.163.0.103 (winxp laptops ip) from pc did not work. any other ideas? I appreciate the help thus far
