It depends if someone put a hose in you and sucked out the fat in that case you'll always be fat unless you exercise, release endorphins, and set your mind to do things that will realistically happen. 114 - 118 at 5/4 is good but probably might want to be with someone who is under 200 or so! I don't usualy answer girls problems without charging money!

No! I'm 5' 1" and I weigh around 108. I don't think you're fat. You're skinny,! If you don't belive me, go on line and look up (on google www.google.com ) BMI, and click on one and take a BMI test.

no! im 5'4" and 115. im not fat and thats actually a healthy weight.

THe answer to your question is no. Your a healthy weight for your height and i will assume young age.

oh my GOSH , NO!
my friend's 5'2'' and she's 115 and her BMI is 23 = normal.
5'4''and 115 is probably normal too!
