Have you ever tried tomatoes with scrambled eggs?

I suggest cooking that. Makes an excellent side dish and goes great with rice. =) Try something new each day! Just use oil, tomatoes, and eggs. Pretty simple.

Try salsa besides scrambled, I do it all the time.
Also spinach and feta cheese, and tomatoes and onions if u want....m..m..heavenly, and healthy too if u spare the oil.

Do you actually scramble the tomatoes in with the eggs? I do, along with chopped onions and little cubes of sharp cheese. Eat on a warm flour tortilla with sour cream...delicious!

I thought everybody put tomatoes in scrambled eggs. Throw in some ham and a bit of onion too. And when it's on ya plate, add a bit of Wostershire sauce. YUM. That's my dad's aussie breakfast.

I like tomatoes with eggs. My mother use to take a large can of whole tomatoes, and the juice, heat them up in a frying pan and poach eggs in it. it has been years since I had it, but I can remember what they tasted like. Yum!

Have you ever tried frying corn tortillas in chip sizes, dropping in the tomato, onion and peppers. and then tossing the eggs in? DELICOUS!

Yes, it's called a cowboy breakfast. At least that's what my Uncle Bill calls it. Also eggs with ketchup.

like to have my eggs scrambled than put sliced maters on them-also like quick rice with a can of crushed maters mixed in yum i like maters .

yup. it's very delicious if you make it as a side dish, especially if you're having fried rice! are you a filipino? it's commom in the philiipines to have that kind of side dish.. i love it.
